No physical shipping

Magic+ supplies digital interactive services for live streams. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so no courier, postal delivery, or physical shipping charge applies.

When digital delivery begins

Delivery begins after the payment provider confirms a successful payment and Magic+ associates it with the selected creator and feature. The normal delivery method depends on the feature:

  • Magic Alert: the approved text or visual enters the creator's alert queue.
  • Magic Voice: the eligible message enters the queue with voice playback enabled.
  • Magic Drop: the creator-configured goal event activates when its conditions are met.
  • Membership: the digital membership period starts after confirmation.

Creator controls and delivery timing

Live-stream delivery can depend on moderation, queue order, creator controls, stream status, OBS/browser-source connectivity, and network availability. An alert may therefore be delayed, rejected, or not played. The applicable outcome is governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

If a successful payment does not appear in the relevant Magic+ record, email payments@magicplus.inwith the payment reference. Do not share confidential payment credentials.
