1. Scope

This policy explains how Magic+, an online service operated in India by Rakesh Mishra, handles personal information relating to visitors, supporters, creators, members, and beta testers.

2. Information we collect

• Account details such as name, email address, and authentication records.
• Creator profile, public page, stream, moderation, and OBS connection settings.
• Support content, transaction amount, feature selected, creator, status, and payment reference.
• Membership plan, billing status, badges, and benefit records.
• Device, browser, IP address, security, diagnostic, and audit information.
• Messages and attachments sent to our support, legal, privacy, or grievance channels.

Payment credentials such as full card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, and bank passwords are collected by the payment provider, not by Magic+.

3. How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, process and reconcile payments, operate alerts and digital benefits, moderate content, support users, detect fraud or abuse, keep operational records, improve the service, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Service providers and disclosures

We may share the minimum necessary information with service providers that support payments, database and authentication, hosting, email, fraud prevention, analytics, and customer support. This may include Razorpay, Supabase, Google Workspace, and our hosting provider. We may also disclose information when required by law, to investigate abuse, protect users, or respond to a valid dispute.

5. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service, meet accounting and legal requirements, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud. We use access controls, encrypted connections, audit records, and other reasonable safeguards. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or other action concerning your personal information. Some records may be retained where required for payments, security, disputes, or law. Send requests to privacy@magicplus.in.

7. Children, changes, and contact
