Policy overview

Magic+ provides digital, time-sensitive live-stream interactions. A feature is generally non-refundable after its digital benefit has been delivered or activated. The following rules apply, subject to applicable law and any mandatory rights that cannot be excluded.

Magic Drop or goal event never activatesFull refund after verification.
Magic Drop successfully activatesNo refund.
Unauthorised paymentImmediate review through the bank or payment provider; contact us so we can preserve relevant records.
Creator ends a paid membership earlyThe unused remaining value is reviewed. Up to 30% may be deducted for benefits already provided and administrative costs; the balance is refunded, subject to applicable law.
Supporter cancels a membershipFuture renewals stop. Current benefits continue until the end of the already-paid billing period.

How to request a review

Email payments@magicplus.inwith the payment ID, date, amount, creator page, and a short description. Requests should be made promptly after the issue is noticed. We may ask for additional information needed to verify the payment and delivery state.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times are outside Magic+'s control.

Chargebacks and unauthorised use

If you do not recognise a payment, contact your bank or payment provider immediately and notify Magic+ at the address above. Filing a knowingly false refund or chargeback claim may result in account restrictions and preservation of evidence for the relevant provider or authority.
