Terms and Conditions.

1. Agreement and eligibility

These terms govern your use of Magic+, an online service operated in India by Rakesh Mishra. By creating an account, using a creator page, or purchasing a digital feature, you agree to these terms and our linked policies. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.

2. The service

Magic+ enables eligible supporters to purchase digital live-stream interactions such as text or visual alerts, text-to-speech messages, creator goal events, and memberships. Creators configure their pages, moderation settings, stream connections, and available benefits.

Magic+ is in private beta. Features may change, remain unavailable, or be limited to approved testers until public operations begin.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate information and protect your login credentials. You may not:

• submit illegal, abusive, hateful, threatening, deceptive, or infringing content;
• impersonate another person or misuse another person's payment method;
• interfere with the service, bypass moderation, or attempt unauthorised access;
• use Magic+ for money laundering, fraud, prohibited goods or services, or sham transactions; or
• file false payment, refund, or chargeback claims.

4. Creator moderation and live delivery

Creators may approve, reject, delay, pause, or disable alerts, voice messages, goal events, or memberships. Delivery can depend on queue order, moderation, stream status, OBS/browser-source availability, and network conditions. See our Digital Delivery Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. Payments, pricing, and memberships

The feature, exact amount, billing period, and applicable charges are shown before confirmation. The maximum single transaction is ₹50,000. Payments may be processed by Razorpay or another disclosed provider.

Recurring memberships renew according to the plan disclosed at purchase until cancelled. A supporter may stop future renewal while retaining benefits through the already-paid period. If a creator ends a membership early, the Refund and Cancellation Policy applies.

6. Intellectual property

Magic+ and its interface, branding, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Users retain rights in content they submit but grant Magic+ the limited permission needed to store, moderate, display, transmit, and operate that content as part of the service.

7. Suspension and availability

We may restrict or terminate access for security, prohibited conduct, payment risk, legal requirements, or material breach of these terms. We may modify or discontinue beta features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

8. Liability and governing law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magic+ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the competent courts in Odisha, India.
